2. Data we collect
We collect the data that you voluntarily provide when filling out our subscription form: full name and email address. In addition, through cookies and similar technologies we collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and access times.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you information about new real estate crowdlending rounds, project updates and institutional communications from Orvintel, as well as for statistical analysis and service improvement. The legal basis is your consent, expressed when completing the form and accepting this policy.
4. Retention
We retain your data for as long as we maintain a relationship with you or until you request removal. Once removed, your data will be kept blocked for the legal terms applicable under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), as well as those provided in Law 25,326, by writing to hola@orvintel.com. The Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP) is the competent supervisory authority.
6. International transfers
Some of our technology providers may be located outside Argentina. In such cases we require contractual clauses that guarantee an adequate level of protection in accordance with Argentine regulations.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we constantly work to improve our practices.
